Design/Build -
The Atlantic Engineering Group Design/Build philosophy has been fine tuned over the past ten years. Atlantic Engineering Group can offer a "fast track" rolling deployment of a phased deployment. Fast Track means the project is divided into logical phases with design beginning in the most critical phase. When the design is complete and quality control along with constructibility review is complete the construction and turn up of that phase begins. Design of the next phase begins with construction following across the entire project footprint. In this manner the client will begin to enjoy revenue returns in the fastest time possible.
Design -
Atlantic Engineering Group as a core competency offers design engineering suitable for outside
plant (OSP), head end (HE), and central office (CO) projects.
Construction -
Atlantic Engineering Group offers construction as a core
competency specializing in the full range of overhead
Aerial (telecom and power zones) and Underground construction
services including Headend, Central Office, dish farm and tower builds. Atlantic utilizes our own equipment and manpower.
Construction Management -
Planning and on-site project management is essential to stay
on budget and to complete the build on time. Atlantic provides an on site Project Manager on all of our large projects.
The Project managers have full responsibility to manage Atlantic crews and subcontractors,
interface with vendors, communicate with key client contacts,
and all other required management responsibilities.
Technical Services -Atlantic Engineering Group has a full compliment of technical services to offer our clients as the network turn up begins with splicing and ends with network quality control. From the head end or central office to the last splice our technical services personnel understand performance based product.
